So, what is Monumental!?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The MONUMENTAL programme is designed to build a community of men who regularly connect in a non-judgemental and safe environment, who draw from each other\u2019s strengths and weaknesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sole aim of the programme is to forge a mutually supportive community who actively encourage each other in personal development through their university life and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here at MONUMENTAL we want you to become better, stronger, and healthier versions of yourselves within all areas of your life.<\/p>\n<\/div>

This focus on personal development is driven by self-reflection on all elements of the \u201cwellbeing-wheel\u201d enabling you to identify your key areas that you believe need attention and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your aims will be achieved though owning positive changes via creating healthier habits and routines that become a permanent fixture of one\u2019s life. Through this programme participants will be equipped with the tools and habits to conquer life\u2019s challenges, both individually and collectively. Our drive is to see you thrive not merely survive!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
