We are just looking for any man who wants to improve themselves as an individual.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What do you do?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>The aim is to build a strong community of men who are willing to support each other on their own journey. We do this by hosting some social meet ups and facilitating group discussion.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Do I have to take part?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>How much you engage is entirely up to you and there is no pressure to participate during the group discussions. Although if you are going to join us, we feel to really get the benefits of Monumental, the more you try to engage the more you will get from it, guaranteed!<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Is it free?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Yes! Currently, there is no charge for the programme and there is no need to spend a penny. During some socials there is opportunity to purchase refreshments from the venues, but this is at your own discretion.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Where is it?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>All sessions are held at Edge Hill University. Locations can vary depending on availability. These will be communicated with participants during sign up.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Who runs it?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Each session is run by two experienced facilitators who are passionate about supporting men as they journey through life. Although we facilitate the sessions, we hope the group leads the discussions around the topics.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Do I need to bring anything?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>You will not be required to bring anything. Everything you need will be provided at the time.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What sort of social events do you do?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Social events are designed to be as inclusive as possible. If you do have any special requirements or needs, please make us aware of this when you sign up.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How long are the sessions?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>The group discussions are designed to take around 90 minutes. Social events are up to 2 hours long. You can drop in or out of these whenever you like, no pressure.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What are the group discussions?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>During these sessions we discuss topics like, health, wellbeing, resilience, habits, stress and coping mechanisms etc\u2026 These sessions are aimed at encouraging self-reflection and setting personal goals, of which we will aim to support you with.
