The General Manager should be a visionary leader and should be able to coordinate, lead, and motivate staff. The General Manager also recruits new members, helps to fill open positions, and ensures that all students who participate in the station\u2019s activities are adequately trained by running\/coordinating a training programme each semester for new members. They also maintain the Public File and compile all quarterly reports. Working with the General Student Manager, the Production Lead ensures that all content recorded and broadcasted is of professional quality and adheres to station standards. They also make sure all equipment is functioning and reports any issues to the General Student Manager in a timely manner. They work with on-air talent and producers to find and select music appropriate for each programme. The Music Lead works closely with the Production Lead, Programming Lead, and the General Student Manager to ensure music programming is appropriate and meets the required standards for broadcast, and to help shape the general tone of the station.
