Dan Copley, the Edge Hill University Archivist, was very pleased to receive an award at Edge Hill University’s inaugural ROAR awards (Recognising Outstanding Achievements in Research). He won the runner-up award in the Pillar category – recognising professional services staff who have made a significant contribution to research support. He has been instrumental in co-organising diverse activities to promote external and internal awareness and knowledge of Edge Hill’s archive, including the recent Terence Davies Exhibition and work to establish a research and archives network on the history of teacher training colleges.
