Eco-Drama Performance<\/strong><\/td>		After arrival, you will be asked to take a seat in the Lecture Theatre in time for the Opening Session. The \u2018Eco-Drama\u2019 performance will also take place at this time to welcome and entertain you!<\/td><\/tr>

12.00noon \u2013 1.15pm<\/td>ACTIVITY SESSION 2<\/strong> (75 mins)<\/td>Break out rooms (see below)<\/td><\/tr>
1.15pm \u2013 2.00pm<\/td>Lunch<\/strong> (45 mins)<\/td>Lunch served in the Ground Floor Lobby Area but feel free to dine in the nearby break-out rooms.
The \u2018Eco-Dance\u2019 performance will also take place at this time for your further thought-provoking entertainment in the Entrance Lobby Area.
There will in addition be a number of Engagement Stands in the Ground Floor Lobby Area where climate action related works from different projects and organisations will be showcased for participants to engage with.<\/td><\/tr>

We may not need to use all rooms, and participants will be given guidance on the day regarding which room they need to go to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be allocated to a group and the groups are all colour coded for convenience: A – yellow, B – green, C – red, D – orange and E – purple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparing for the Event<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The event will mainly comprise of three ACTIVITY SESSIONS each based on the following task questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.    What has worked well up to now in achieving your organisation\u2019s climate change and other related goals, and what has not worked so well?

2.    What would your organisation like to achieve in the next 3 to 5 years, and what could be reasonably done in the next 12 months or so?<\/td>		1.    Who could we collaborate with others to help achieve our goals, and what would that collaboration look like and involve?
2.    As an outcome of this first Forum event, there is a plan to create a Lancashire network community of organisations like your own to help facilitate and develop such collaboration. How could this proposed network best serve your organisation\u2019s own goals and future work?<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Please have a think about these questions and your answers to them beforehand. This will help us get each session off to a flying start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may like to also bring along any materials you already have that help you explain what your community organisation does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**NAME BADGES**<\/strong> With sustainability in mind, if you already have a name badge to represent your organisation at events, please bring that along to wear on the day. If you do not have one, then you will be invited to make your own name badge with sustainable materials we will provide when you arrive!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
