Given the sizeable contribution of food production to climate change and the burden of diet related disease on the health system, food is major target for sustainable development research amongst members of SustainNET, here at Edge Hill University. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

SustainNET members have supervised a range of summer internship projects as part of the university\u2019s RIMES opportunity<\/a>.
