href=\"https:\/\/sites.edgehill.ac.uk\/sustainnet\/events\/archive-events\/sustainability-in-the-region\/\">Sustainability in the Region<\/a><\/span>\u2019 event in 2019 which sparked collaboration between the University and local sustainability organisations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the University, SustainNET is a cross-campus venture with representation from the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine, Faculty of Arts and Sciences and Faculty of Education, along with professional and central services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div style=\"--wp--block-button--width: 100;\" class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/sites.edgehill.ac.uk\/sustainnet\/\" style=\"border-top-left-radius:10px;border-top-right-radius:10px;border-bottom-left-radius:10px;border-bottom-right-radius:10px\">SustainNET&#8217;s Core Work Themes<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our main objectives are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Provide strategic leadership<\/strong>: Guide&nbsp;SustainNET&nbsp;in&nbsp;sharing research,&nbsp;practice&nbsp;and innovation&nbsp;to promote impactful, collaborative opportunities focused on social,&nbsp;environmental&nbsp;and&nbsp;economic sustainability within the region.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advance sustainability practices<\/strong>: Explore how research&nbsp;and knowledge exchange&nbsp;can inform and prioritise&nbsp;sustainable development&nbsp;(including environment, social and economic inequalities) within&nbsp;the curriculum&nbsp;and through student and civic&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apply evidence to drive sustainable&nbsp;behaviours&nbsp;and practices<\/strong>: Provide opportunities to share success stories (research and&nbsp;projects) in shaping sustainable&nbsp;behaviours&nbsp;and practices on campus, in the region and beyond&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilitate&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;exchange<\/strong>: Promote collaboration between academic and non-academic partners to share knowledge and deliver evidence-based solutions to address&nbsp;regional&nbsp;priorities in sustainable development&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strengthen&nbsp;partnerships and&nbsp;networks<\/strong>: Foster strong connections among academics, professional services, students,  community&nbsp;organisations and other&nbsp;internal and external&nbsp;networks,&nbsp;(e.g. APRIN,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.edgehill.ac.uk\/cfhas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre&nbsp;for&nbsp;Human&nbsp;Animal&nbsp;Studies<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/research\/csr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre for&nbsp;Social&nbsp;Responsibility<\/a>), to accelerate the development and implementation of sustainable&nbsp;behaviours&nbsp;and practices&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div style=\"--wp--block-button--width:
