She has a breadth of experience in the spectrum of low carbon technologies and energy efficiency. In this time, Kate has also focussed on working with communities, to assist them to scope, seed and develop community owned, renewable energy assets and is a founder member of both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.localenergynw.org\/\"><span style=\"color: #0693e3;\" class=\"ugb-highlight\">Greater Manchester Community Renewables and Community Energy England<\/span><\/a>, set up in 2014 to support this nascent sector.
