This includes reducing its carbon footprint (webbed and unwebbed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From using energy from renewable sources to ensuring halls of residence have the most efficient insulation systems, from the development of \u201cgreen\u201d roofs to campus beehives, the University campus is buzzing with ideas promoting sustainable development. And we\u2019re now a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/sustainability\/hedgehog-friendly-campus\/\"><span style=\"color: #0693e3;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">hedgehog-friendly campus<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And we don\u2019t intend to stop there. These are projects which are being constantly reviewed, recycled and upcycled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"614\" height=\"331\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.edgehill.ac.uk\/sustainnet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/280\/2020\/05\/Catalyst_Creative.jpg\" alt=\"View of the Catalyst and Creative Edge buildings\" class=\"wp-image-682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.edgehill.ac.uk\/sustainnet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/280\/2020\/05\/Catalyst_Creative.jpg 614w, https:\/\/sites.edgehill.ac.uk\/sustainnet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/280\/2020\/05\/Catalyst_Creative-300x162.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We know the campus is very green, thanks to the dedicated ground staff. But a green mentality is also being cultivated.
