Our judges Tom Conaghan (Founder of Scratch Books), last year’s winner writer Bernie McGill, and Edge Hill University alumna and Publishing Manager at Dead Ink Books Harriet Hirshman gave the prize to:
Tessa Hadley for her collection After the Funeral.
Malachi McIntosh won the Debut Prize with his collection Parables, Fables, Nightmares.
Alma Lilja won the Postgraduate Researcher Prize with her story ‘Our Town so Far Inland’.
