We are offering ten funded research internships for minority ethnic students. The £2,000 internships can take place between June and September and the recipients will work on any aspect of research related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The internship will end with a celebratory event and a certificate.
The internship can take many formats depending upon what you, and the student, agree to pursue. It will obviously depend upon the interests of the students and the opportunities that exist in your research group/area.
The deadline for applications is 13th May.
The proposal must be submitted, to the Graduate School, by staff members with the following information:
- the name of the student/students
- the name of a mentor (preference will be given to projects that include more than one staff mentor to allow for cover in case of absence)
- a description of activities, please make this as clear as possible.
- how the project links to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Decisions will be made on 20th May and communicated as soon as possible after that.
