Sustainability
Edge Hill University aims to increase awareness of environmental and sustainability issues by organising events and campaigns that enhance understanding and provide practical ideas and solutions that students, staff and the local community can benefit from.
To support student engagement with sustainability either on campus or in the wider community, we have launched the Student Sustainability Initiative Fund they can apply for. Please click on the link below to find out more about this fund.

Student Involvement
We are always looking for volunteers to help out with campaigns and events.
We now offer a student intern placement each year to our students, this runs for a full academic year. We now offer students an opportunity to get involved in auditing sustainability at EHU, this focuses on auditing ESD within modules.
If you are interested in any of these opportunities then please get in touch via email.
There are a number of sustainability related SU Societies that students may also be interested in joining to support sustainability at the University, this includes the Sustainability Society.
We invite students to be part of the Sustainability Champions network and also SustainNET.
As part of our review of the Institutional Sustainability Committee membership we now have student representation on this committee to ensure that students are involved in decision making processes around sustainability at EHU.
