Elemental (2021)
Elemental (2021) is a short dance film choreographed by undergraduate Jessica Bennett, with her peers Daisy Dalton, Amy Hill, Charlotte King, and Laura Stevens. The work draws on Eastern philosophies where the elements are regarded as sacred, and explores the balance we need to create with the natural world in order to survive and thrive. Jessica said that “my project enables people to be grounded back to these elements, and find connection not only in themselves, but with others and their planet. Without connection, we cannot move forward”.
